Bathroom Vent Clean and possible repositioning

Our bathroom vents do not do a good job at preventing moisture build up - the rooms are full of steam and condensation after a shower. Looking for someone to come and inspect them, see what the problem might be. Could just be they need cleaning, could be they need replacing or to be vented somewhere else. There are two bathroom vents in question. Also wouldn't mind if the job taker could have a look at our recently installed shower door that keeps getting stuck.
