Vent Bathroom Fan to the Outside

Hello, At a recent inspection, it was discovered that the cowboys who installed the original extractor fan in the bathroom had not bothered to vent it to the outside. Neither had the ones who replaced that fan. I need someone to rectify this. (Just the venting, as the fan is in good working order). Thank you.
