Range hood ventilation through the roof

Not sure if this is the right category, however I have a rangehood mounted on the wall and need someone to supply a rangehood cowl, drill the hole in the skillion T&G ceiling for 150mm diameter ducting supplied with the range hood. Then, cut out equivalent hole in the roof and install the cowl and connect the ducting with it. Then flash it. It is a straightforward job turning into saga because none of the tradies I encountered so far are able to do the whole job. Roofer won't cut the ceiling, electrician won't mount the rangehood to the wall, builder of course won't cut the roof. If you don't supply a cowl, let me know where to get it. Ideally stainless would be better for longevity over galvanized, but I am happy to consider your suggestions. I am not in a hurry to get the job done before Xmas, but do want to find a tradesperson who can do the job, and I'll wait for them.
