Replace existing vent ( which vents to internal ceiling ) to vent out through roof. Replace existing light with heat lamp and vent or reuse if viable . Ceiling - repair paint damageand place white formica over whole bathroom area to prevent ceiling damage through condensation and steam . Townhouse not occupied and cleaned and available Wednesday 29th April
