Loft apartment ventilation solution

We need a ventilation system designed and installed in our two level loft apartment. The bottom floor has a large kitchen/dining/lounge area we'd like to keep warmer in winter. The two rooms in the loft get very hot in summer, we'd like to be able to cool them down in summer and utilise the warmth in the winter. The loft is currently open to the lounge below, we’d like to close it off. Many thanks.
