Bathroom Condensation

Hi, I need solution to my bathroom condensation problem. The bathroom has 2 light sources: exhaust/heater/light combo and a down light. The condensation usually forms overnight during winter at the ceiling around the down light only. We notice that the ceiling around the down light is significantly colder. The shower in the bathroom is in an enclosure with shower dome so there is relatively minimum vapor in the air. We hardly use the exhaust fan for that reason. Cheers, Kam
