I'm in a flat that needs a simple extraction fan installed in the kitchen. It'd be one of those jobs that goes straight through the wall (not a rangehood or anything like that; more like a bathroom extraction). The external wall is old 1970s breeze block. Being able to supply the extraction fan would be a plus too!
