I would strongly recommend Mike. He is professional and friendly, and kept me informed all the way through the job. Some unexpected additional work was required, which we discussed and agreed to a repair solution, and this extra work was charged at a very fair and transparent rate. I am very happy and will be using Mike again for other property maintenance work as it arises (or funds become available).
