Tiling a large kitchen splashback

We are looking for a tiler to tile the entire back wall of our kitchen. It has a low ceiling so is a relatively small area - 3400 x 1200 mm. See attached picture. We're planning on using a --- tile. We also have a rangehood to put up and are planning on having the box tiled as well (see attached picture). Though we aren't completely sure about that, so may just tile up to the bottom of the rangehood and paint the box and wall next to it. So we would like to know if tiling the box would be relatively straight forward. We will be ready for the tiles to go up in 2-3 weeks - probably the week of 22 April.

Paris was great. Made sure we were happy with all our choices and understood the options we had. Did a great job with our unusual choice of tiling the box the rangehood is in.
