Remove existing tiles and replace splashback

Tenants have destroyed the existing splashback! The metal tiles (glued to the wall) will need to be removed and replaced with ceramic tiles. measurements of the splashback are 188cm x 62cm (approx). The job is to supply and fit white ceramic tiles (cheapest available) and metal edging along exposed sides. There are 3 sockets placed within the splashback. The apartment is empty (apart from tradespeople completing remedial works) and a key is available from a lockbox.

Sunroom tiling

We have a sunroom measuring 5.526 x 3.429 (just under 19 m2) and would like it tiled with the terrazzo tile we bought ( --- - --- ). We will remove all the artificial grass - underneath is waterproofing on concrete - we will clean it so it will be an empty space. We also need tiling on the transition to the next room - there is a little lip (see pics). We ordered 21.76 m2 of the tile to account for overage. We want it done as soon as possible but also have a tight budget.

Loose Bathroom Tiles and Deteriorating Grout Repair Needed

In our house bathroom, we have tiled flooring, and a couple of tiles make a crackling or creaking sound when walked on. On closer inspection, the grout/cement between some of the tiles is coming loose and falling out. I’m looking for an experienced builder or tiler to inspect the issue and repair or replace the affected tiles and grout as needed to prevent further damage. I have added photos for reference.
