We have a new gap of .84 sqm to fill with up to six tiles in tiled exterior walkway. In addition, there are about 180 existing tiles (about 15 sqm total), with some that need new grout or underlay adhesive as they are loose. We do not want to retile the area, but rather wish to have some targeted maintenance where required.
