Lounge entrance Tiling

We have tiling a job we would like to get an initial quote for. The entrance way to our lounge requires preparation and tiling (old tiles have been removed). The area is approx. 130cm x 140cm. We have purchased several 60cm x 60cm tiles to be cut and fitted into a suitable pattern. The surrounding area is carpeted, so we would also would like dividers fitted between the outside of the tiles and the carpet. Attached are photos of the area, and example of a divider (from another area of our house). Let us know if further info is required.
