Shower floor tile to be replaced

We’re in the process of changing the glass in our shower and having it re-grouted. Taking out the glass was ok but when we took up a tiled floor return that we no longer need, we discovered that we will need to make a few more repairs than anticipated. The floor tile needs to be replaced along with the edging strip. Ideally we would like to get this done in the next two weeks so we can continue with the other trades.
