Floor and Wall Tiling

I have the tiles for this. I'm after the areas in red tiled, along windows in two rooms (about 11m linear) and the entrance (about 4m square). Replace the join in blue if that is a job for a tiler? Also a couple of spots of grouting/sealing where tiles meet wall in bathrooms. I work from home so any time of day is good.
