Lay membrane and tiles in 2 bathrooms, tiles only in kitchen of new build tiling on floor and only wall edge, plus little bit around bath, must be able to provide PS3 for membrane, tiles provided you provide rest, not to fancy bathe rooms 5m2 each kitchen about 10m2
