Tile new ensuite

Hello there, we are looking to have our new en suite floor laid with tiles. Room approx 2m x 1.9m. Need to have a licensed membrane layer lay the waterproof membrane and supply a PS3 form for council. (So I have assumed a tiler would generally have this license). All tiles and cement sheet will be supplied. Ideally want to have this done over the next 5 days, so as the builder can fit the ensuite mid next week. Many thanks
