Cracked Terracotta front steps.

Hi. We have a lovely front entrance which is currently marred by cracked terracotta tiles.... a bit like a lovely smile but with broken teeth. We think most of the tiles were cracked when a heavy vehicle drove over them. Yes, I have had a very feeble attempt at trying to repair them. Big fail! No, I don't currently have any spare tiles. There are about 14 tiles needing replacement. The tiles are approx 30 x30cm x 14mm. How much, how long, when can you do it, are you reliable and preferably friendly? (I provide tea and biscuits for friendly tradies) Thanks.
