New house build - painter and tiler needed

We are about to build a rural home near Helensville and would prefer to use a local tiler for our two bathrooms. I have attached the floor plan of the home. We do not require tiles on the walls, just floor and up the side of wall approximately 10mm. We also need quotes for painting work from preparation through to interior, exterior painting work.
