Help with broken tile - quote for insurance

I have a cracked floor tile, 3 tiles in from front door. Started as a crack half way across, due to dropping a corner of filing cabinet on it while moving it into the house. Now the crack has spread across the tile and tile is loose and grout staring to crumble around it and the next tile. It is right in front of front door so gets a lot of foot traffic. my insurance have asked me to get a quote from a tiler, to either repair or replace .. please help! I would love to hear from a quality tiler. These floor tiles are in my front entranceway and also spread from there right through to the kitchen and dining room area. No other tiles are broken or damaged.
