Bathroom leak repairs

The bathroom has been renovated 4 years ago with tiles over all floors and walls. A shower is built in and lined with tiles also. It seems the shower cubicle is leaking water through the tiles as there is water coming up under the tiles in other areas of the bathroom when the shower is running. The bathroom has been fully tanked as part of the original bathroom reno.
