Easy tiling Job in Red Beach.

Quotes wanted please. My kitchen area is so 90s and needs an upgrade. Currently has vinyl laminate and would like this to be tiled. Tiles are already purchased and on site but you'll need grout and a circular saw to cut these beasties a tile cutter just won't do the trick. Will require the join from the tile to carpet x 4. There is no underfloor heating and happy to tile over the vinyl. Total area is ~15m2 and removal of any waste from site. Tiles are quite large see example of finished area already completed. Would like this completed by end of March.
