Small Area of Bathroom wall Tiling

I have a small bathroom approx 3m x 3m. We need someone to tile the wall area above the vanity and the wall area below the window above the bath and also side and top of bath. Refer to pictures. We are planning to supply white subway style tiles and would ideally like a darker grey or charcoal grout. Looking at indications on price.
