Removing laminate and replacing with matt floor tiles

Removing approximately 3 sq meters of laminated wood flooring in kitchen and replacing with Athena Grigio 60 X 60 matt floor tiles. New tiling to extend under fridge and dishwasher, One pack of tiles plus offcuts available but this will be insufficient for flooring area so more tiles will be needed, plus an appropriate trim (aluminum strip?) between the remaining laminate flooring and the tiles will be required, Laminate flooring and floor tiles must be on same level and joins must be waterproof. Fridge must be level.
