Ensuite upgrade

Our ensuite is approximately 4.2 square metres of floor area (including the shower area). We need to retile the bathroom using two different tiles - one for floor/walls (total approximately tiled area of 12.25 sqm) and another type of tile for the shower (total approximately tiles area of 10.5 sqm). The shower will double its current size so there may be need of preparing the gib board behind the tile (?). We also want to replace the existing sink (same position, only different stile). shower head moved to the centre of the wall (about 200mm to the right from its current position). We will need to add 4 spot lights on the ceiling and possibly one extra set of power point.
