Kitchen Tile Replacement

Rather small job to remove and replace a broken kitchen tile. See attached photo. You will need to supply a best match tile. There is also a iron burn in the carpet. If you could do a patch of this too that would be great but not necessary. A replacement piece can be taken from a bedroom cupboard. The job is on Kimpton Rd, Papatoetoe. Tenants are home during the day. To be competed by 20 March
