2 x home floor, wall & splashback tiling

We have 2 homes on a single site side-by-side needing floor, wall & splashback tiling completed. Tiles are --- porecelain, floor plans available. 2 x kitchen floors and splashbacks, 2 x laundry floors and splashbacks, 2 x bathroom floors and walls to 1200mm high, 2 x wc floors, 1 x bath cradle. consented with Ardex waterproofing, happy to consider alternatives if able to 'self-certify' for Council sign-off/compliance. Will need to provide relevant certificates/PS3's for installation to achieve CCC for this element of work. Floors are prepped with James Hardie Tile & Slate over plywood ready to accept waterproofing and tiles. Layouts per the attached plans
