Bathroom with Shower and Toilet

We need a bathroom floor and walls tiled, plus the floor in an adjacent toilet. The bathroom walls will be tiled up to 1.2m (or less under windows etc). The toilet will require a 100mm tile coving. There's approximately 9m2 of bathroom floor, 11m2 of bathroom wall and 3m2 of toilet floor. Floor tiles we've selected are --- black, walls are --- white and toilets are a --- mosaic (see pic of tiles for mosaic pattern). Existing bathroom and toilet (in pics) will be gutted, in-wall plumbing rerouted and gib relined in advance of this work starting. Bathroom substrate is concrete and toilet substrate is timber - can organize to install fiber cement lining (or whatever you specify) onto timber floor ahead of time too. New vanity, new freestanding bath, walk in shower, toilet and toilet vanity to be installed before of after the tiling (whatever makes sense). We will also require 5-6m2 of walk in shower tiled (roughly where the existing shower is) with a 300 x 800 grey chevron tile. The shower area will need waterproofing and we'll need the appropriate producer certificate. We haven't selected a shower just yet. Hoping to get a per sqm rate for each aspect of this job i.e. bathroom floor, bathroom wall, toilet floor incl coving, and walk in shower so we can factor into our budgets. I have some sqm rates in mind but want to validate before we progress. We want this job done mid-late November/December if possible. Floor tiles arrive in country 21 November. Please include supply of grout, waterproofing membrane etc in your per sqm rates.
