Bathroom Re-tiling

Our bathroom, specifically the shower area needs to be retiled. The grouting has begun to wear off and there appears to a bit of water leaking that is seeping between the tiles and the waterproofing layer and spreading to the surrounding floorboards outside the bathroom. We have had a friend, tradesman, say that the tiles in the bathroom are really unsuitable for showering and water exposure. So we want to retile the shower floor only with suitable tiles. We may also like to have the showerhead /pipe replaced. Please see photos. We'd ideally like this job done as soon as possible, but we're not in a huge rush and we'd like to pick the right tradesman that will do the job well without exorbidant charges. We'd appreciate if you could quote us based on the photos in your replies To re-iterate just the shower floor tiles need to be redone along with a new showehead/pipe attached.
