I was grateful that Perica was able to do the job immediately. It was a difficult as the wall that he was tiling was far from straight- there was a big bow in it. Perica managed this skilfully. He also turned up on time, finishing the job within the time frame agreed. The splashback and tiles above the bench look spectacular- showing a skilled level of workmanship. Communication was excellent as I slowed down the pace of my speech. His humour and positivity were welcomed and appreciated.
