Kitchen Floor Tiling

Hi There, We are having a kitchen Reno done, and need a small area re-tiled where some cabinetry will be removed ( see photo on white benchtop return). Unfortunately we only have 1 spare tile and finding it very hard to find more replacement 55cm point to point white hex ceramic tile. We have even had trouble finding a square one to cut if need be. We would be very grateful for any suggestions on how to sort this. We also would like a tiled splash back done when our new kitchen has been installed - after 25th June. Regards Aleesha ---
