"Miscommunications from the onset via builder who was absent start to finish. Owners were privvy to my work done from the start and made no comment to me during or after regarding any perceived issues which could have been sorted early on at minimal cost. To avoid having to deal with the builder or homeowners again I gladly refunded in full. School fees."
