replace shower tiles & waterproof

We have a wet room shower (converted a laundry in 2015). Unfortunately we did not get the inspection completed showing the waterproofing. The council require us to remove the existing tiles , put up new waterproofing (get inspected/signed off) and then retile. We require a ccc to proceed with the sale of the house.
