Outdoor Courtyard tiling

I have approx 100sqm of cobblestones which need to be lifted, removed and replaced with 600 x600x20mm tiles and then grouted. I am looking for an extremely professional finish with straight lines throughout. A water feature will be incorporated into the tiles. as will lighting (cabling already in place). The area to be tiled is almost completely flat . The cobbles have been down for quite a few years but there has been very little, if any, movement in them. The base should therefore require little more than a quick bit of compression!
