Approx 3m x 2m bathroom. Tiled only a month ago however it failed CCC due to the inability produce required documentation around waterproofing. Trades person to lift current tiles, waterproof using Ardex WPM001 to floor/wall junction and behind splash backs, then re tile using new tiles (provided). Trades person must be able to produce PS3/ Warranty for waterproofing. Job is on floor level concrete slab.
