Tile a rental unit

A small rental unit needs retiling in the kitchen and bathroom. The last two units took 32 square meters of tiles each (including off cuts and a few left over). Surface is concrete, cleaned of old tiles. Will need an upstand around the bathroom walls. May need waterproofing. Must be finished by Sunday 16 Feb, as carpet goes down on Monday 17 Feb. Tiles are 400 square beige, from Tile Depot.
