Need floor and wall tiles installed in a small house

Hi there, We have a property which we are selling soon and it needs new floor tiles installed in the bathroom, WC and laundry. It also need wall tiles for the Kitchen and possibly Laundry (tbc). Bathroom will be tiling over concrete and the others will be tiling over existing tiles. > About 10.5sqm of floor in total. > About 3.6m length of splashback tiling needed for kitchen ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is a price driven job as we are property traders and undertake about 15 houses a year so need to be cost efficient! We will need the work to start toward the end of next week (i.e. 31st July) or the Monday/Tuesday after. Thanks in advance
