3m2 of tiling - kitchen splashback and bath walls. 10cm x 30cm tiles already purchased with 3 different finishes (same tile ‘family’). Old tiles in kitchen removed. Want 1 or two rows around bench with approx --- behind stove. Tiles above bath to be removed (see photo) but side of bath ready to go.

Ultimately acceptable quality and still a good price, but Eli had under-priced & rushed the second part to fit into allocated time leaving some work in poor condition - requiring me to remove some tiles before set, clean &tidy. To his credit, he communicated well and arranged another guy to re-do that work & complete remainder of the job, which had required 7 extra tiles beyond quoted. Extra cost was a little more than I thought was right vs quote, but still good & was happy to pay for result

"Thanks Vaughn; it was a terrible day after getting a call about a family member whilst doing your job; a call that threw me off and still is... an unusual time but still no excuse; thankfully; we were able to rectify the 20mm pieces to your satisfaction. I was able to review the situation with my team going forward in which we hadnt done in a while so a blessing out of it.
