Unfortunately we cannot recommend this service. The job was complete poorly, and we have been left with a severely cracked and uneven surface, which requires a complete redo, at our expense.

"When this job was originally quoted the area was uneven and the concrete had been poured in an irregular pattern by a 3rd party. We advised the client that the joins in the pattern needed to be the same as the joins in the concrete to prevent cracking. The client was also advised that our coating system is not a stand alone product it needs to be bonded to concrete and therefore does what the concrete does. The quote only included flushing not leveling as it is an outside area and the water wouldn't be able to run away from the spa if the area was level. When our contractor started the job the client advised that she wanted the pattern changed. The client indicates in her review that the full price was paid for the job, which is not the case. The client paid a deposit and refused to pay the final balance."
