Bathroom tiling (+possible plumbing)

My bathroom is approximately 2.7 square metres and we want new wall tiles installed. Currently we have not prepared the space as this is a process in line with a lot of other DIY happening around the area but we would like to get someone in to give us a quote/timeframe and a bit of advice before we begin demolition on the current bathroom. We would look to source the tiles ourselves but would like advice on how much to get/where to tile too etc. Would be ideal if you have additional knowledge around plumbing but obviously not essential. In terms of context for the job - we are hoping to retain the current bathroom set up but replace the vanity with a wall hung vanity, keep the exisiting bath, install a cavity slider door and install all new fittings.
