Shower repair x2

Job #1: Upstairs bathroom (1.8m x 2.7m) with shower over bath renovation was done about 5 years ago. A year later it was discovered that the tiling was not sealed properly and water leaks into the downstairs rooms. The shower hasn't been used since. Expect the tiles will need to be redone as a minimum and possibly reposition of the bath. There is also a repair to the ceiling that is required, the room has a skylight and there was a leak around the flashing that resulted in water damage to the walls of the skylight and the ceiling. The leak in the flashing has been repaired, the damage to the ceiling was not worth making an insurance claim on - according to the insurance assessor. May need gib replacement or just removal and replacement of the plaster in the join. Job#2: Downstairs shower room. Long overdue relining (rebuilding even) as wall lining is disintegrating and framing that supports the shower floor above the drainpipe, is rotting away. The shower itself is 750mm square, the space between the door and the shower is 750mm x 900mm and also needs relining. So total room size is 1500 x 900mm.
