Kitchen and Laundry Splashback

I'm looking for a tiler to complete a splash back in my kitchen and laundry. The total space is around 3.5 square meters. The tiles have already been purchased. We also have some floating shelves for the kitchen wall that will be installed by our builder (after the splash back has been done I think). The tiles we have chosen are a satin off white (not quite gloss but not matte either) and we'd like a light grey grout to match back to our bench top. When we purchased the tiles, we were told to make sure the tiler is aware to keep the grout off the tiles as much as possible, as it's a darker grout than the tile colour.
