Bathroom and shower tiler

I need a bathroom tiled. It is about 4x2.5 meters. It has an open shower. The shower walls will need to be tiled. There is another little room next to the bathroom, I would like to tile but would like to talk to the tiler about weather it's doable, on top of the existing flooring. The bathroom will be ready to be tiled in about 3 weeks.
