Just a little Messy. Didnt bother cleaning outside area where they sanded and done xtra work. Quoted work before they came and then had extra costs here and there and ended up being nearly double the amount. Made me make full payment and then told me he will be back to complete the job 2 days later. Other than that, the work was eventually done and a great job aswell. Just the little extras.

"well sorry for being messy cause the dust was out of my control at the time of grinding the old glue from tiles. 1. the quoted wa 320 for four tiles include glue and grout. when i came, there was six tiles lose and need to be replaced. 2. as i informed that we need new tiles, there was not new, instead we sanded the old glue from tiles with grinder and fixed back, that was really hard and dusty. 3. we charged 180 extra for sanding glue to useold tiles and 2 lose tiles extra.
