Bathroom Reno in Pakuranga

The Bathroom is about 7.2 square Meters. The room is being completely remodelled, all original fittings have been removed, there will be a new bath and shower tray in the room only. The room has particle board flooring, It will need to be waterproofed and have a tile slate underlay installed. We are tiling the floor only with a tiled skirting. Also tiling the 2 sides of a recessed framed bath, with a tiled splashback around the bath. You will need to be able to visit property for site and measure between Monday 22 and Wednesday the 24 May during business hours. Will need to be able to produce a producer statement for waterproofing. Waterproofing and underlay to be done around Friday 2nd June. Tiling to start after painters have finished the following week. There will be further work coming up on this property as we are remodeling the Kitchen, toilet and laundry in August.
