We have recently laid new tiles through the Laundry, Dining and Kitchen area's, however the tiler that did that work is unavailable to do the remaining 2 Bathroom and 1 toilet areas, so looking for a tradesman that can assist. Ideally the tradesman will be able to lift the existing tiles, lay underfloor / slate underlay and Waterproof if needed before laying new tiles. The house is Particle board flooring over timber framing. But if necessary be we can lift tiles and do Underlay as we did in Laundry / Kitchen area previously. We would like the tiles to be wrapped around and done as a 100mm skirting tile with Aluminium flat edge too as per Laundry. More than happy to meet tradesmen onsite to show job to get indication of pricing and whats involved. Room dimensions are: Ensuite - 2.2m x 1.8m Toilet - 1.6m x 0.8m Spare Bathroom - 1.7m x 1.2m We have tiles already as we bulk ordered when we did previous job.

Absolutely awesome to deal with, job done on time, communication awesome. As per any building job we found an issue when we lifted tiles (no underlay previously) and Deric took it in his stride to fix it while keeping costs down. Workmanship is awesome, the tiles look amazing. Highly recommend this tiler.
