Broken Tile fix.

Hi, I have a outdoor tile chipped due to a courier driver (DHL) trolley. DHL has agreed to fix it at their cost if I can get quote from a Tiler. I have asked a tiler and he could not match the same tile and provided me a quote for the entire area. I would like to get couple of quotes from tilers to check with DHL (they require 3 quotes) and get this fixed. The tiles need to be broken and leveled and re-layed with new ones if you cannot find the same broken tile match. Thanks
