BATHROOM TILING & FLOOR REPAIR

Hi we require a good all rounder tradesman with good communication skills to undertake a flooring repair job to an existing bathroom in South Auckland. If you do a great job and communicate & quote clearly we have lots of on going work available for repairs, maintenance, and small building projects across our portfolio. Please refer to the existing photos attached, which include our sketches for repair also. This job is to repair an existing poorly tiled, raised upstand area, that leads into a PVC shower enclosure, it appears the grout has failed on the floor and has surface water has rotted through the flooring and and part framing which form the small upstand area. Presuming the main flooring under is not too bad hopefully this would be a quick strip out and frame in some new 17mm H3 ply to a fall, and then waterproofing and re-grout new tiles... We would like a quote and can arrange access to the property if needed via the property manager.
