Tiling job for small laundry - approx 2.5M squared

I am looking around for quotes to do the following job: Retile floor for small Laundry : 2.51M squared : area to be tiled : 2.38M X 0.84M = 2M squared plus : 0.81M X 0.63M = 0.51M squared Tiles as pictured or may use larger ones There is already cement board that the tiles are sitting on, but some is cracked – so replace cement board. Cement board is on top of particle board Tiles come up exceedingly easy, grout is poor and many tiles have cracked.
