Uplifting old floor and install new tiles

I need to uplift the old floor and install new tiles for toilet, bathroom, laundry, kitchen and dining area. The old floor is parquet flooring (see attached photo) about 31 sqms. Some areas are covered in carpet about 15 sqms. In total it's about 46 sqms. Can I have a quote for per square or arrange a site visit? I need the underlay to be waterproof as well as the top. We need to have it done asap as it has been damaged by water leak. Floor base is concrete. House is at Pakuranga Heights.
