Tiled shower leaking, may need re tiling and water proofing

We have a tiled shower on the second floor would be approximately 5 years old. Just recently we noticed that the bottom of the shower has started to leak, we can see through a hole on the first floor that the water is seeping through the wooden board under the shower. We suspect the waterproofing under the tile is no longer working
